The 8"long adapter converts either 20pin or 24pin MB Female Connector to either 24pin MB Male Connector.

Connection from 20pin Female to 24pin Male:
Please refer to picture #4 for HOW TO. Just align the same wire colors to plug in, you cannot be wrong as it won't fit if it is wrong.
Connection from 24pin Female to 24pin Male:
Please refer to picture #5 for HOW TO. Just align the same wire colors starting from Orange, Blue, Black, Green, ignore the last two rows of connectors as the adapter has an unique design to draw the same DC power output to the 24pin Male at the other end.
